CCTV

CCTV recordings are used in all of our locations. These recordings are captured for the Company’s legitimate purposes which include

  • To promote and protect the health & safety of colleagues, customers and visitors to our premises
  • To review incidents that may occur at a Home Store + More location
  • Compliance with legal legislation

We will not disclose this data to third parties unless we have a statutory or legal obligation to do so. CCTV may be used in evidencing legal disputes where all requirements for the access and storage of such data have been met

Generally, CCTV footage is kept up to a period of 30 days, except if there is a specific and legitimate reason to retain for longer (e.g. in the event of an incident)

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

  • The right to ask what Personal Data we hold about you at any time (aside from the reasonable costs of reproducing the data we will not charge you for providing this information to you and you will receive a response within 30 days)
