    MARKETING

    If you have agreed that we can contact you for marketing purposes we may send you texts, emails, push notifications and other communications relating to products and services which we think will be of interest and relevance to you as an individual. We do this by monitoring the browsing and on-line shopping habits of customers and providing them with information on products they have viewed and related products.

    If you browse our website, you may receive banner advertisements whilst browsing other websites via retargeting campaigns with Google ads. This service is provided by Home Store + More via a reputable third-party specialist provider, through the use of ‘cookies’ placed on your computer or other device. Cookies are used to save your personal preferences, so you do not have to re-enter them each time you access our website.     We provide you with the ability to control whether or not to receive e-mail newsletters or text messages. To unsubscribe from an email newsletter, please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email newsletter you have received from Home Store + More. To stop text alerts, please follow the stop instructions at the bottom of any text alert you have received from Home Store + More. We also provide you with the ability to control push notifications within our app, allowing you to manage or disable them at any time through your device or app settings.

    We will never ask you to confirm any account or credit card details via email or text. If you receive an email or text claiming to be from Home Store + More companies asking you to do so, please ignore it and do not respond.

    WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

    We share your data with the following categories of third-party suppliers as an essential part of being able to provide our services to you:

  • Our eCommerce Platform Provider: we share information so that they may process transactions, screen for fraud, and conduct other activities integral to running a website. We share address and order details.
  • Order Fulfilment Partners: where you have shopped online, we will share your personal data with third parties in order to facilitate the delivery of your order. This will include couriers and supporting systems. We share contact and order details.
  • Transaction Partners: we share your information with payment providers for payment processing if you select certain options during Checkout.
