The following are the terms and conditions for use of Home Store + More website or any Internet site to which the website is linked (the “website”). This website is for use by persons who are 18 years and over only.

    We do not hold any personal data. Instead, personal data is stored on a remote secure server and is the full responsibility of our website hosting company, who is a SAS-70 certified data centre provider.     You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the website.     We reserve the right at all times to place advertisements and promotions on the website. Advertisers and sponsors on the website are solely responsible for complying with all local, national, state and international laws (where relevant) and we exclude all liability howsoever caused there from.

  • Price of goods

    The price listed on the Website (the 'price') for homestoreandmore products (the "products") will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price for the products on the Website is wrong.

    All products listed on our website are in Euro (€) and all prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. Prices may not include delivery. Payment can be made by various methods, as specified on our website. Delivery is an additional charge where applicable.

  • Competitions

    1. The promoter of this competition is Home Store + More.

    2. By participating in Home Store + More’s promotions and competitions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    3. The winner(s) will be announced on our Facebook/Instagram pages and/or by private message from our official email or social media accounts only. The Handles of which are as follows:

    4. This promotion is open to residents in the Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over.

    5. The prize winner will receive a product or voucher prize.

    6. The prize can be collected in-store if available, or delivered to the winner’s address.

    7. One entry per person is permitted.

    8. Home Store + More’s competitions are not open to Home Store + More employees or their immediate family members.

    9. Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the winner(s). There will be no cash substitute.

    10. Winners will be chosen randomly from all correctly submitted entries across social media platforms.

  • Products

    All product measurements communicated on our website are approximate. The display of colours in our product photographs is as accurate and true to life as the photographic process allows. Parental discretion is advised when handling products as some products contain small parts and may be hazardous to small children. In the instance that a product has been recalled you will be notified.

    We do not permit re-selling of our products and we reserve the right to limit customer purchases for that purpose.

    All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products.

  • Disclaimer of warranties

    The information contained in the website is for information purposes only and, although we have made every effort to ensure the correctness of the information contained herein, the information available through the website is provided "as is" and "as available" and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied. We accept no liability in relation to any of the above other than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.

In no circumstances shall our liability to you and/or any third parties for any of the above exceed €200.

    We reserve the right to change the terms of use or policies regarding the use of the website (including, in particular, those relating to price or availability) at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms of use on the Website.

    We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. The section titles in the terms of use are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.

    The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland. If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

  • Termination

    We may terminate the Website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.

  • General Website Coupons

    • Home Store + More reserves the right to cancel or modify coupon(s) at any time.

    • Home Store + More coupons are valid for a limited time only.

    • Home Store + More coupons are limited to one coupon per customer.

    • A Home Store + More coupon, where applicable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon.

    • A Home Store + More coupon discount/promotion will not apply until the coupon code has been entered in the basket.

    • A Home Store + More coupon discount/promotion will only apply when the qualifying item(s) are added to your Basket and the relevant coupon code has been entered in the basket.

  • E-Gift Cards

    • E-Gift Card will be EMAILED INSTANTLY to the recipient's email address provided, after successful completion of the online Checkout.

    • ‘Issue Date’ of the E-Gift Card is as per the received date of the recipients E-Gift Card email. The ‘Expiry Date’ is 5 years from the ‘Issue Date’.

    • E-Gift Cards are only available for purchase from our Website, not in-store.

    • E-Gift Cards can not be purchased with another E-Gift Card or Physical Gift Card. Payment methods accepted are Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, ApplePay or GooglePay.

    • Coupon Codes and Promotions are not valid on E-Gift Cards.

    • E-Gift Cards amounts are excluded from the calculation for ‘FREE Standard Delivery over €50’ in the basket.

    • E-Gift Cards can be redeemed instore, by showing the E-Gift Card email received in print or digital format via use of Gift Card Number/PIN, by scanning the QR Code and also by showing the E-Gift Card from your phone’s Google Wallet or Apple Wallet if stored there. E-Gift Cards can be redeemed on our website by simply inputting the E-Gift Card number and PIN displayed on the Gift card in the website Checkout.

    • Multiple E-Gift Cards may be used in a single transaction for online purchases. Multiple Physical Gift Cards may be used in a single transaction for online purchases. Currently an E-Gift Card(s) and a Physical Gift Card(s) may NOT be used in a single transaction for online purchases.

    • Multiple E-Gift Cards and/or Physical Gift Cards may be used in a single transaction for online purchases.

    • E-Gift Card Balances can be checked online. Gift Card Balance Checker link in the website footer.

    • E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

    • E-Gift Cards must be treated like cash. The recipient is solely responsible for the security of their E-Gift Card. We cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on an E-Gift Card because of theft or fraud or loss of your gift card.

    • Refunds for purchase made with an E-Gift Card will ONLY print out on a paper voucher with a new Number & PIN for that Refund amount.

    • Home Store + More reserves the right to withdraw or decline their E-Gift Card service at any time, where it is considered necessary to do so.

    • Home Store + More reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of their E-Gift Card service, where it is considered necessary to do so. This does not affect your legal rights.

    • Home Store + More Privacy Policy can be found here and any personal data relating to your purchase or use of an E-Gift Card will be documented here.
