Air Fryer Loaded Baked Potatoes

LEVEL: EASY

  1. Scrub the potatoes, then pat dry with kitchen paper. Transfer to a bowl, drizzle over the oil and rub it into the skins using your hands, ensuring the potatoes are well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 200C and cook for 40-50 minutes or until a sharp knife does through the potatoes easily – if they seem to be browning too quickly on one side, turn them over using tongs. The skin should be crisp and the inside tender and fluffy when ready.
  3. Split and serve immediately, loading the potatoes with your toppings of choice.
