SMOKED SALMON FRITTATA WITH CHIVES, BLACK PEPPER & CRÈME FRAÎCHE
Smoked Salmon Frittata with Chives, Black Pepper & Crème Fraîche
You will need:
- 1 x Mini Muffin Pan
- 1 x Lemon Squeezer
- 1 x Measuring Jug
- 1 x Coarse Salt Mill
- 1 x Black Peppercorn Mill
Ingredients:
- 150g Smoked Salmon
- Chives, finely chopped
- 200g Crème Fraîche
- 5 large eggs
- Salt & Pepper
Recipe:
- Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips
- Divide into the mini cupcake tin
- Sprinkle with chives and cracked black pepper
- Mix the crème fraîche and eggs until well combined
- Pour over the smoked salmon
- Bake for 8-9 mins @ 180˚c
- Eat warm or cold
