In the unlikely event that you find an item you have purchased from homestore and more at lower price the following terms and conditions apply to any claim.

1. You must have your home store + more receipt as proof of purchase.
2. The item you have purchased must be available on display and for sale in the “other” retail outlet.
3. The “other” retail outlet must be located within Dublin
4. The item must be the exact same item and the exact same brand. The item in the other retailer must be in perfect condition and not been sold as damaged goods or seconds, etc.
5. While we believe our prices our the lowest in the marketplace, due to the fact that promotions and offers change our guarantee is only valid for 1 week from the date of purchase.
6. Before accepting the validity of any claim home store + more reserve the right to satisfy itself that the item claimed meets the terms and conditions above. This may cause a small delay in dealing with any claim and we apologise in advance for this.
7. In cases where 6 above cannot be resolved immediately we undertake in the event of a successful claim to post to you any refund within 5 working days.
